I am a clinical research assistant at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) receiving clinical research training focused on tobacco cessation. I aim to use the skills I have learned and observed within the clinical setting and implement this for when I become a future medical doctor. I am highly interested in tobacco cessation and helping individuals continue to stay smoke free, as this will be essential in all types of future healthcare I hope to provide. With the skills and knowledge gained, I hope to be a provider who will comfort and care for my patients to the best of my ability.
