There are many resources to help you quit smoking or stay smoke-free. 

FDA-approved medication plus counseling can greatly improve your chances to stop smoking. Of note, switching to e-cigarettes is NOT recommended by healthcare providers or the FDA as a method to stop smoking. You can always talk to your doctor for more information about any of the listed resources:
